Case Example (1 of 7) Congratulations! You have completed the basic confidentiality content areas of this training. (Provided you did not skip directly to this point) Pat yourself on the back and proceed to the case example. It's time to apply your new knowledge! Here we go... Ah! It's bright and early Monday morning and you have just settled in at your work station and fired up your computer. Last Friday you completed your on-line confidentiality training and are ready to apply the new policy and guidelines to your work. So the first order of business is to change your passwords! You have promised yourself that the days of using your middle name for every password is over. Good thing, because everyone in your office knew your "secret" password. You make fast work of the changes and now you are all set with passwords that include both letters and numbers in each. You sit back feeling more secure than ever and open up your first file of the day! You have been working for an hour and have a few files out on your desk, e-mail open, and are working in the BDS Enterprise Information System (EIS) when your coworker asks you to get a cup of coffee with her.
