Inspection
- ALWAYS inspect a ladder before using it.
- Check for loose screws, bolts, hinges or other problems.
- Be sure the “spreaders” on the ladder can be locked into place.
- Be sure the ladder has “safety feet” to avoid slipping.
- NEVER use a defective ladder.
